Can you be a performer with the Disney College Program?

Yes. It is a requirement for anyone wishing to be a character performer to attend the audition. Unless you have been specifically told you are no longer in consideration for the Disney College Program, you should still audition.
Do you have to be skinny to work at Disney?
For character audition calls, the requested height requirements will be posted so you’ll know right away if you can meet this requirement. While Disney doesn’t put restrictions on weight and body type to be mean, there are restrictions here as well.
Can you be a face character in the Disney College Program?
CP’s are chosen for face characters, and it definitely is possible. But of course, that is up to the people who pick the face characters that choose if you have the right features or not. If you are in face, you will also be in fur. It is not one or the other.

Auditions for countries abroad will need more performers who can do it all because they can’t have as many performers as Disney World can.

How can I make my audition stand out?
Treat your audition like a shift and aim to be engaged and “on” the whole time! You want to be smiling, interacting with the people around you and engaging with the casting directors/choreographers. It will really make you stand out, show you’re passionate about the job and you’re excited to be there!
What should I wear to a dance audition?
I always wore athletic leggings, a tank top, and running shoes. If you feel more comfortable in a flowy skirt and dance shoes, that works too! In fact, it might be easier wearing that to a dance-heavy audition like the auditions abroad!
