How do I get a copy of my paraprofessional certificate?

Official certificates are now available online through your E-Certification profile.

  1. Log into E-Certification select “My Credentials”.
  2. Under the certificate list you will see a “View” button on the left.
  3. Selecting this will give you the official copy of your current certificate.

How do you get a para certificate?

  1. Earn a high school diploma or GED. Paraprofessionals need to have at least a high school diploma or GED certificate.
  2. Complete a college education. Many school districts require paraprofessionals to have at least an associate degree.
  3. Obtain training or experience.

How long is a paraprofessional certificate good for?

NOTE: Paraprofessional licenses are valid for 5 years and may be renewed with the payment of registration fees.

Is the Parapro test easy?

The Parapro itself is a bit easier than the questions in this book. By the way, you can miss 6 questions and still get the highest possible score on the test, so if you prepare reasonably well, you should have no problem passing.
