If they are going to put them on for Free, I say let them. But if they charge you, screw that. It would take you about 3-4 hours to do if you never messed with suspension before. Its pretty easy and straight forward.

It will take about 2 hours to install the front and back sways. The Front is easy. but the back ( i had a rusty bolt) it took the shop like 2.5 hours total to do it.
