How long does it take to walk around St Agnes Isles of Scilly?

A circular walk around the island is about 6 miles and will take in sand dunes, forest, moorland and granite shorelines. I spent half my day enjoying the gardens and the rest of the day walking up the west side of Tresco to reach the coastal tower known as ‘Cromwell’s Castle’.

How do you get to St Agnes Isles of Scilly?

You can travel to the Islands aboard the Scillonian Ferry from Penzance, which docks on St Mary’s. If you have a lot of camping gear etc.. it is the best option. You can’t bring cars to the islands – the ferry is for passengers only.
