Is SESAC better than ASCAP?

One’s a little more exclusive than the others. While they vary slightly in size and scope, ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC are all Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) that collect performance royalties within the U.S. market. One key difference: While ASCAP and BMI are open to everyone, SESAC is invite-only.

Is Songtrust and ASCAP the same?
