Very dry, very easy to start a fire. Three Valley Chateau is like a 1960’s early 70’s fisherman’s motel with 12 rooms for easy convenience off the highway. At some point the air quality of the rooms…musty, moldy, damp/decay conditions due to extreme heat than extreme cold.
